Shredding guitars, machine gun drumming and brutal riffs make 44MAG the premier heavy metal band in central PA. It was a love for the underground and heavy metal that drew the members of 44mag together. In 1998 They began playing and soon devolped a style that fuses the speed of Slayer, with the heavy groove of Pantera and began to tear shit up ! They released their first cd single in 1999 and started playing shows to spread the madness. Mag was building a fan base and soon was an un stoppable force that was ready for mass destruction. They released their second cd single in 2001 and hit the road to promote the cd. Mag continued to drink their way across the land for the next few years, stopping only to enjoy all the strip clubs, head shops and dive bars they came across, Having as much fun as they possilby could along the way and spreading the word was all Mag cared about. Rocking out then passing out, destroying ear drums and blowing crowds away with a live show that was un matched. 44MAG released their new cd Past Sins in Aug of 2007. It got rave reviews and was labeled as one of the top releases by an un signed metal band out of PA. 44MAG again hit the road again to spread the word and party ! Check them out live!
